What is it?
World Quality Week is an annual campaign celebrated by the CQI (Chartered Quality Institute), which raises awareness of the quality management profession globally. The theme for this year’s event will focus on realising your competitive potential.
The CQI writes, “In today’s complex and dynamic risk landscapes, maintaining a competitive advantage requires more than just operational resilience. Quality improvement principles and methods can help organisations quickly and effectively address inherent inefficiencies, allowing them to meet changing customer expectations faster, more economically, and sustainably than their competitors.”
What is the BBA doing this week?
