BBA launches MyBBA:
The next step towards accessible certificate data
Following on from the recent launch of the BBA’s Client Portal, comes the introduction of MyBBA; the next step towards accessible certificate data and industry connectivity.
As a first step in improving the way users search for and access certificate information for product, systems and now installers, MyBBA will become a space where users are able to verify and view certificate data that enables and shapes informed decision-making.
“We understand that we serve a wide spectrum of users throughout our industry; all with varying needs and requirements to be able to fulfil their own individual roles within the supply chain. That means that the data we make available needs to be able to provide a solution for their requirements. MyBBA will be the first steps to enabling that. It is intended that as MyBBA develops overtime, additional features and solutions will become available to the user’s account”, says Katy Roberts, the BBA’s Head of Marketing.
Serving as a power-engine that provides ‘data at your fingertips’, MyBBA aims to become a business intelligence tool that supports and connects a fragmented construction market. MyBBA aims to continue driving the BBA’s objective of becoming a client and industry-focused business and to be a systems-driven organisation that delivers high-quality services to agreed deadlines time-and-time again.
The launch of MyBBA is a direct result to feedback raised by industry, where users have expressed a varying range of requirements around visibility of certificate validity, intelligent search by product type, location, producer, cross-referencing with approved installers certified, and more.
