Shackerley, one of the UK’s leading manufacturers and prefabricators of ceramic granite ventilated cladding, has attained BBA certification for its Sureclad® Access and Hang On systems that specifically covers the use of larger format ceramic granite façade panel formats measuring up to 1200mm x 1200mm.

The Lancashire manufacturer’s patented Sureclad® systems comprise specially prefabricated panels, mechanically (and invisibly) fixed using an undercut anchorage system, to a framework of high grade aluminium horizontal support rails and brackets.

They have been assessed by the BBA not only for compliance with current Building Regulations but also for meeting all the more demanding guidelines set out by the Centre for Window and Cladding Technology, the country’s leading authority on façade engineering technology.
