As you will know, we are currently experiencing a pandemic due to a virus called Coronavirus (CoVid-19). The virus, which originated in Wuhan, China and caused symptoms such as fever, cough, muscle pain and shortness of breath.

Due to these new guidelines, we will no longer be able to accept visitors to either our Watford or Liverpool offices. This is to ensure the safety of our staff and to abide by Government guidance. However, we are still able to receive delivery of any construction products that are to be tested in our on-site test laboratories. We will accept appointments for engineers assisting in essential equipment repair and maintenance. We are unable to receive visitors for test installations.

Our Audit and Inspection auditors will continue to complete as many on-site audits or inspections as possible by utilising PPE. In conjunction with this, we will also be introducing remote telephone/video audits and inspections for sites that we are unable to visit.

The issuing of BBA Certificates is currently unaffected. Our Product and Approval teams are continuing to work as normal, and where appropriate, are working from home but are contactable via email or phone.
