In the wake of the Hackitt review and the Building Safety Act then receiving Royal Assent in April 2022, the construction industry is set to witness the biggest change within building safety in over 40 years. The changes it covers is expected to impact most, if not all players within the construction supply chain.
In this roundtable discussion, we explore and understand the industry’s view on what is still required from within the supply chain, now that the Act has received assent and the secondary legislation is coming into force.
