We are delighted to recognise Tamador Mokbel’s achievement after being awarded the title of Registered Environmental Practitioner by the Society for the Environment (SocEnv), through the IOM3 institute.

Tamador, a Senior Certification Engineer in our Materials team at the BBA, has earned the designation REnvP through learning alongside her role.
REnvP is a title which recognises the level of professional practice of people operating within the environmental profession. It signifies a standard of environmental expertise, practice, and skills held by professionals spanning the breadth of academia, government, industry, consultancy, and other public and private sectors.
Registered Environmental Practitioners are committed to acting in accordance with the best principles for the mitigation of environmental harm and enhancement of environmental quality, use their skills and experience to serve the needs of the environment and society, and strive to uphold the integrity and competence of the profession as a whole.
“I’m delighted to be awarded the Registered Environmental Practitioner from the Society for the Environment (SocEnv) by the board of the IOM3,” said Tamador, who also qualified as a Chartered Engineer in 2022 alongside her work with the BBA.
“Acquiring the title of a Registered Environmental Practitioner brings a great sense of achievement as it recognises the high level of professional practice when operating within the environmental sector. It is an accreditation for the environmental-related knowledge and understanding and also evidence that demonstrates the competence, skills and commitment of practitioners working to enhance and protect the environment.”
As a Registered Environmental Practitioner, you can demonstrate that you are distinctly skilled and committed to maintaining high standards of professionalism through continual learning, though Tamador was also keen to add gratitude to those who helped along the way including colleagues from the BBA.
“Thank you BBA for making each day in work a valuable day in our career journey,” she highlighted. “Thank you to the Materials Team for enabling me to constantly develop my competency, thank you Dr Morteza Aboutalebi, and Omer Ismail for supporting such achievement. Thanks also to IOM3 staff for their cooperation and prompt action and response.”
